Your personal data

If you wish for your tamaiti to be placed on our waiting list, we require you to fill out the form to join our waitlist. This information is then sent to a separate and secure database. An email notification is also sent to one of our kaimahi.

Who we share your data with

Your data is not shared with anyone outside of the kaimahi at Ritimana Kōhanga Reo.

How long we retain your data

We retain your data until your tamaiti starts at Kōhanga, or you request for your tamaiti to be removed from the waitlist.

What rights you have over your data

You can request that we erase any personal data we hold about you by removing your child from the waitlist.
